Challenge: Rid ourselves of the shoulds, ought-tos and expectations in our lives and simply do things that make us happy, everyday, for one whole month!
11. November: “Essential Potential”
Challenge: Confront our need for consumerism – buy nothing but the “essentials” for one month.
